Lead Consultant Profile

Tony Goddard is the founder of the Company and Lead Executive Coach.  Tony has extensive experience of working with Directors and Senior Managers in a wide range of well known organisations in order to support them in successfully achieving their executive coaching objectives.  Tony holds a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring and is qualified to use a range of psychometric feedback tools.


Having previously spent over 15 years as Director of Human Resources in a FTSE listed company, he fully understands the demands placed on Managers by business life.  His career experience includes the hospitality, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Our Executive Coaching Team

We are all experienced qualified Executive Coaches who know how to help people rise to, and overcome, the personal and organisational challenges that face them.  Each Executive Coach holds a post graduate level coaching qualification and is a member of a recognised coaching professional association.  We have all had extensive business experience at a senior level prior to becoming an Executive Coach.


We are based across the UK, which enables us to provide the service you need in the location that you want it.

Executive Coaching Assignments

We believe in starting all Executive Coaching assignments by agreeing the coaching objectives in a three way contract between the sponsoring organisation, the Client and the Executive Coach.  Before starting an assignment the Client has a chemistry meeting with the Executive Coach to ensure he, or she, feels there is the right relationship match.  Our contracts contain a mid-term and completion review of the achievement of the executive coaching objectives.


We have no standard programme or approach to executive coaching and treat each of our Clients and their coaching topics as unique. This means that we are able to offer executive coaching best suited to the needs of our Clients in order to enable them to achieve their coaching objectives. Career Coaching

Our Career Coaching services are provided by specialists in supporting clients in finding new roles. Our Career Coaches have typically spent some time in a role where recruitment and selection was a key responsibility.  Since then they have qualified as a Coach and have had extensive experience of successfully enabling Clients to find new roles.
